registering for classes...ARGH!!!!!

argh...i hate the fact that california is 15 hours BEHIND singapore!! this means that if i want to call anyone back home at...let's say 930pm singapore time...i have to drag myself out of bed by 630am california time :( there is no way i can wake up that early!! so.....to all my dearest friends, we might have to rely heavily on email to stay in contact...so PLS check ur inbox regularly okae!! :)

i'm feeling really groggy now. i still look like a puffer fish, my jaw still hurts everytime i open WIDE and....my eyes can't stay open. thanks to the fact that i stayed up till 3am trying to register for my classes at uc davis!!! speaking of classes, guess what!! haha i signed up for anthropology classes!! wanted to take up japanese but all the classes were taken up...nvm shall try again next semester!! NOW my class schedule is more packed. lessons start at 9am for me EVERYDAY. ok ok ok shall not bore you with the details of my schedule :)



oh!! this vintage shirt is quite nice right? i remember buying something similar from newurban male...50 bucks!! i saw this tee online and it was selling in the US for 20sing bucks!!! OMG!!! i am going to raid their vintage tee dept!! and yes, i'll buy some back for everyone here in singapore :)

all this shirt talk reminds me of this interesting convo i had with this guy (super cute :P) working at newurbanmale...
GUY: with ur new card, you can purchase our products online for a discounted rate!
ME: oh that's great!! but wait, i'm flying to the US so if i purchase anything online, you'll ship them over right?
GUY: yes, that's right!
ME: which means i have to pay for shipping fees???
GUY: correct!
ME: oh but all ur shirts are imported from the US right? so......u'll be shipping US goods from singapore back to US.....
GUY: er..yah...
ME: erm................okae.....

so at the end of that conversation (which left me very puzzled), i concluded that i am just going to send all my purchases to my house in singapore and collect them all when i get back during the holidays!!!

AAHH!! ok i have to stop now or else i'll be late for lunch with my favourite aunt!!

haha i love this picture!! this balloon was filled with helium and we released it on august 19 (heh woon and naifen should have very fond memories of this day :P) i want colourful marble helium balloons too!!!

swollen jaw & lazy afternoons

hokay!! only 9 days left in my super comfy home..and how did i spend my past few days?? lazing at home watching KOREAN dramas...haha specifically 'my lovely samsoon'...
my jaw is killing me...had to extract 5 teeth!! 5!!! usually you only have 4 wisdom teeth right? but i am an anomaly....i have 5....the fifth one was buried deep in my gums!! which meant that the dentist had to dig much deeper into my gums to get the last one out...boos....it was SOOOOOO painful :( i took 12 painkillers right after my operation...my pain threshold is so tiny....next time when i give birth, i think i have to consume 20948329492385329843294089 painkillers!!!!!!!
my jaw is getting more swollen...i look like a puffer fish....boos....woon you are going to laugh at me on friday!!!! and if my jaw still hurts, i'll end up ordering soup for dinner......
and to all my j3 choir pals....no cameras are allowed on saturday....i cannot have anyone of you taking a pic of my puffy face!!!
